There is a large Monsanto plant just outside of our town plus a potassium plant a little further out. In a town of 3,000 they are the major employer. I was at a café and some of us was talking about what we were going to plant and I said I would not buy GMO seeds. Boy did I start a fight! I finally stated that as far as I knew, this was still a free country, and I could plant what ever I wanted and they could plant what they wanted. I left then. I don't want a mutated seed or chemicals in my vegetable garden.
