HELP! "When to plant" on Tropical Season

I got Cornflower, Lavender, Maiden Pink, Dahlia, Cosmos, Marigold (French), Sunflower Giant, Sunflower Velvet Queen, and Zinnia seeds. I live in tropical season country, Indonesia. What is better month to plant those seeds? Is there any seeds that I can not plant here?

Plant at the end of your rainy season; those plants will all do perfectly well in your tropical conditions.
