Thank you Eric. That's closer than anything I've found, so far, but I'm not sure. Here is better photo of the leaf, where you can see small leaves sprouting on the stem.DoubleDogFarm wrote:Marc,

taxonomically, in this case, the whole 'stem' and all the little side-leaflets and the big one on the end would definitely all be considered one leaf. reminds me of the first-year growth of some of the biennial wild mustards...MarcP wrote:DoubleDogFarm wrote:Marc,

It kind of looks like an aven (Geum spp.). Possibly macrophyllum?
