Update: I figured out what two of the plants are

...but, apparently, when I planted lemon seeds in the compost, both the seed and the TOMATO SEEDS in the compost began to grow. Now I have tomato seedlings all over the pot along with a few lemon seedlings. Should I separate them into bigger, different pots? Should I plant each seedling in a separate pot or group the tomato seedlings in one pot and the lemon seedlings in another?

was this the continuation of something? It would have been more helpful to attach it to the thread than make a new thread.

Maybe this? https://www.helpfulgardener.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=274754&highlight=#274754

But definitely separate pots, one for each plant. Once they start getting big, the tomatoes need to be in 5 gallon bucket sized pots. The lemon trees will too eventually, but they will take a LOT longer to get there
