Trying to germinate and grow super hot peppers! Need help.

So a while back I purchased three types of hot pepper seeds; moruga scorpion, 7-pot, and yellow fatali. How should I go about germinating and growing these seeds?

I figure I have a few options. One is to buy both a Hydrofarm germination mat and thermostat which would cost roughly $40-$50. I know this would work.

Another would be to buy a simple medical heating mat. The problem with that is that these seeds germinate between 85-95 degrees and I don't know which settings would give me that temperature. So if anyone uses a heating mat like this to germinate and grow super hot peppers, let me know please.

Any advice in this direction, couples with any other advice in getting these seeds to fruiting would be great. Thanks!!

your best bet would be to break down and just buy the heat mat and thermostat... it would be a wise investment!
