I'm steadily washing clothes….

To try and keep my dryer running, to help keep my little seeds warm. I think the husband finally sees some use out of this garden (he doesn't eat veggies at all) cause seriously, I'm about to pull curtains down and wash them…just so I can have a reason to run my dryer because I'm running out of dirty clothes.

And THANK YOU for the tip on germinating seeds in a ziplock! I wish I had read that before planting my tomatoes. I'm on day 2 and already my bell peppers have little sprouts whereas my tomatoes have been in dirt a week and are just starting to peek out of the soil.

If your clothes aren't really that dirty wouldn't it make sense and be cheaper with a little space heater?

Hmm. probably. I'm not washing clean stuff though. I'm not sure I have a small enough room for the heater idea. my laundry is extra small and tight and doesn't have plugins. maybe if I run an extension cord. I'll have to think about it. It's just in the evenings and the mornings the temps cool off to mid-upper 50s. the sun is up now and the temps are climbing back to the 80s, so I set outside what doesn't fit on my heating pad.

If my freezer/'fridge was cleaned off, this would solve my problems. but then where would I put all THAT stuff? Clearly, I need a bigger house. :)
