. Nice set up. Looks like you're ready for spring. and you're right about never enough space; no matter how many ways I think of expanding my greenhouse space, it's overflowing the next year!

Especially if you are selling potted plants at the Farmer's Market. The more inventory, the more bottom line for your efforts.

Oh, is that a bottle of barley pop on that shelf in the middle pic??? If so, I need to find your secret for growing it because it sure is getting expensive.

Today, feeling all achy from another day of planting yesterday (planted the Seascape strawberries you got me buying, Eric. Also dug and potted up the escapee Rasps. as you suggested.

) all I have to say is that looks like a lot of work!!

How did your hanging baskets of strawberries turn out? I think I noticed a few in the back of the truck in your "going to the market" photos.

Eric, you and I are probably suffering from some of the same problems - you sure look like you are dealing with it better than I am, tho'!

I would so much like to get some plants outside during the day but . . . a dozen degrees above freezing with 300mph of wind sure doesn't do it

I've got things in the paths! I'll be able to pull the onions off the path in the plastic tunnel today. (I mean, the weather yesterday was just too miserable even for onion plants.) Pulling the onions out will give me room to put the broccoli and cabbage, etc. in there thru the day. Then, I've got to get these tomatoes into larger pots - like you have there.

So, that means -- 48 tomato plants per flat turns into 18 tomato plants per flat, the number of flats more than double and for some reason, magically -- I don't have room in the greenhouse anymore!

Please, Western Washington, allow some sun to shine here hundreds of miles from the coast. You can keep a drop or two of sunshine for your own use - it is really fine by me.

I'm going more and more vertical all the time. With the sun at a low angle not much in the way of shadows. In the back of my mind, not in the pocket book, the north side tool shed will become more greenhouse.

I didn't show you the racks I have outside. Another 15 or 18 flats waiting for the next market. April 23rd.

Then 8 per flat if you up pot to 6" containers . that's 6 x

Looks great Eric! I love seeing shots from inside our greenhouse. I don't know if it's the color or what but every time I see it I feel like I really stepped inside.

I am toying with the idea of taking down the half of the window greenhouse I was making and just doing cold frames. With an ever expanding garden, the yard is quickly becoming cramped and I don't want to run the kids out of the yard! I think I'll just have to wait until I have a larger piece of property before I have a greenhouse.

I know what you mean. we have two greenhouses and there both STUFFED to the brim. if only it was 20' x 100'....

Does look good, it would be great if I had the ability to grow so many seedlings ;3 I just moved a few outside so I could start some more, but they're only just getting their first set of true leaves. Now 2 days later, some tomatoes are starting to sprout in my new set.

I haven't ever been as far as you with growing from seeds, usually due to aphids or some other issue, but this year I think will be different! Everyone who's been posting pics like yours keep me inspired to keep on at it ;3
