Your plants are

1) Codiaeum variegatum, aka croton
2) Aglaonema spp. aka chinese evergreen, although I don't hear that much anymore.
3) Spathiphyllum spp. aka peace lily

The first one is very common in Florida yards from Central Florida on down. It's more colorful in sun, so it needs good light if it remains indoors. There are many types with different shaped leaves and sometimes with different coloration.

The second two are aroids, I believe.

The ag is from Asia tropical rainforests, but tolerates some pretty dry and dark offices and homes. It will do better with fast draining soil and more water and light though.

Your spath is from New World rainforests, and is also frequently neglected for years as a dusty houseplant, but will do much better with fast draining soil and more water and light than most homes provide.
