strange flower in garden

i found this strange flower growing in my garden for the first time i can only describe it as a venus fly trap with blue flowers when it starts the bud it looks like a praying manthis, can anyone help. appreciate it,

Alas, I have no idea what it might be, but it sounds very interesting! Can you post some pictures of it? I'd love to see such a plant!
