container orange tree

Hello,
Is it true you can keep a citrus tree in a container? Wouldn't it eventually need to be planted into the ground to keep it healthy and productive? Trying to save space but inquiring before making a move.

Marlene,

Citrus are suited to container culture. I am growing some seedlings since last winter, I started them inside and they are outside now. I don't have a lot of experience with them but here is a link with some guidelines.
