Dying zucchini

My zucchini's are withering and dying not the plant just the vegetable, does anyone have any suggestions how I can save them.

Hand pollinating should fix it

The above explains why, but basically you cut off a male stem (the flower that doesn't have a little zucchini under it), peel back the petals, and use the pistol to pollinate the female flowers. The above doesn't specify, but I read elsewhere that one male flower can pollinate 3 female flowers. To find more info, go to google and search for "how to hand pollinate zucchini" and it will find a bunch of links.
