Cauliflower harvest.

I understand why my cauliflower has a purple hint to it. Weather has been very wet AND I didn't know about blanching.
Is there any way to remove the color at this point. They are cut and cleaned - ready to eat/cook.

They're safe to eat as is - the purple coloration is harmless.
