Is it too late for my Evergreen Arborvitae?

I just purchased my Evergreen Arborvitae trees about a month ago. I traveled for 5 days and we had an extremely hot dry week in Chicago (100+ and Sunny) and they were watered only once while I was gone. As a result, my tress are brown. Please look at the pictures below, is it too late for these guys? You can see the others that are holding up. What can I do? Being in a condo makes it very hard to transport these big trees.

You can also see my neighbors who absolutely put mine to shame :(
