Excuse a newbie but can anyone tell me what this is?

Hi - sorry for jumping straight in but can anyone identify what's happening on my potatoes please? It's also happening on nettles growing nearby.

It doesn't look like any pictures I've seen of early blight and the tubers are unaffected.
If anyone could identify this problem I'd be eternally grateful. The potatoes are in a polytunnel by the way
:)

Never done potatoes, but it looks vaguely fungal (We like neem oil here...)

Anyone else with more info?

Try looking up Bryce Kendrick on google and send him the same picture in an email. He will be able to identify the fungus for you and tell you what to do to fix your problem.
Most likely, I would think that it would be best to either move your potatoes to a new location or try a different variety that may be resistant to the fungus.

Aphids can vector fungii, but no stippling or leaf deformation.

Might just be sun scald, but I still think fungus...
