Sorry. I took down the blog for privacy reasons.
Here is a picture of the lettuce in April. I had left a couple heads out in the garden during the fall and was shocked to see them coming back to life in the spring. I have decided to keep cutting it back to allow the plant to regenerate. I will try to cover the plant enough to see if it will last another winter.
I have also started growing kale. I have read that Kale will last through the winter and people harvest the plant all season.
