I have an infant, so I'm not really wanting to use pesticides. I have a ciallis (sp?) plant - could this be the problem? Can I put it outdoors (I'm in Victoria, BC)?
Thanks for any suggestions!
Cheers,
Alison
I had this same problem in my house and the little buggers came because I had some basil growing on my window cill. What I did was,,,,take a few cotton balls and soak in peppermint extract and place in little dishes around where the fruit flies are. I did this and I never got them back. Apparently fruit flies don`t like the smell. I think they very next day they were gone.alfsmith wrote:Does anyone know how to get rid of fruit flies indoors? I'm at my wits end finding them in my drink & flitting around while I'm breastfeeding!![]()
