Roll down sides on hoophouse - Any thoughts?

I'm going to build a 12 x 20ft hoophouse and I want to be able to open the sides but I don't want cold air rushing in on my young plants so I would like to be able to roll down the sides from about the 3ft height. Any thoughts?
thanks

Secure the hoops with a 2by 4 the length of the house a foot down from the top on both sides instead of pipe. Then you can open the top and simply restaple the one side. this will also allow the rain to wet the plants. Opening will stop the animals from coming in and I doubt if birds will enter! and if they do you can bur a 18 inch chicken wire o fasten to the 2 by 4 s!.
