Shade - do I have a problem here

Hi

I have a number of plants planted in a somewhat shady area due to poor planning on my part. I think they do get some direct sunlight later in the evening as the sun goes down but most of the day they are in this kind of shade. Have I a problem here?

I have the following plants: blue fescue, mondo grass, blue phlox coral bells and something called "Armeria maritima Splendens" but i honestly don't care about that one. I prefer my weird grasses.

Are they going to die in this patch?

I have some photos - how do i upload them?

Thanks

Shade all day with direct hot afternoon sun is a very difficult exposure-- not enough hours of sun for the sun lovers, but too much hot afternoon sun for the shade lovers.

I don't know about your "weird grasses" but if I had to guess, I'd say they won't do very well with that few hours of sun.
