I found a baby june bug grub in my potato bed today, and I'm sure there are more since I've seen the large ones while digging the beds. Will they eat my potatoes? I have a few recipes for homemade pest deterrents, but have no idea how to treat for pests underground. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If they really are june bugs (june beetles), as opposed to say japanese beetles, I don't think they are a major problem. The june beetle adults mostly eat over-ripe or decaying fruit. The larvae/ grubs could damage plant roots, but mostly eat decaying vegetation in the soil.
If you think the grubs in the soil need to be controlled, milky spore disease powder or beneficial nematodes (e.g. grub-away nematodes)
