Reddish leaves, pale leaves on veggies

My soil is Nitrogen deficient...pale leaves, etc. Is it safe to apply Miracle gro lawn food with the high Nitrogen content on my veggies?

Also, my corn, lettuce, collards and mustard are showing a reddish tint in the leaves. Is this also a result of low Nitrogen? My Ph is 7.0, Phosphorous is sufficient, Potash is sufficient, just no Nitrogen.

hit or miss

I'd top dress with some composted cow manure to get things going! MG will work but.....you'll run into this  .
