If you want cherry seeds, I would suggest a trip to the supermarket, though you might want to go soon since the cherry season is on it's way out. You wont be able to know 100% what the seeds will be, but its pretty impossible to tell no matter what, unless you buy the seeds which would be a lot more expensive and hard to find...

Well first you are going to go to a super market, grocery store, farm stand with cherries, a cherry stand, something like that. Then you are gonna look for the produce section and look for a sign that says "Cherries" and somewhere near there should be little round things with stems, normally dark red, but sometimes lighter colors too. Pick some out that look good, stick them in a bag, take them to the checkout, pay, take them home, eat the cherries (not the seeds), wash the seeds off, stick them in a baggie in the fridge with a damp paper towel for 2-4 months (changing the paper towel and rewashing the seeds as needed since there is a possibility of mold growth if you don't get everything off), plant in the spring in some good soil, water, water again, water more, and eventually you will have a cherry tree or two or however many seeds you planted (assuming they all come up, they may not all germinate, so planting some extras is probably a good idea)

The rule for grocery store gardening is pick things that you would eat. If you are getting cherries (or apples or apricots or whatever), pick cherries that look good and ripe. If you are getting avocados, get avocados that are at a good avocado eating stage (not hard as a rick, not squishy, no soft spots). If you are getting a pineapple, get one that looks good and healthy and like it hasnt been chewed on by a puppy for half an hour. If you are getting sweet potatoes (or ginger or whatever) get ones that look fresh and plump and good. The thing about grocery store gardening is that most of the time you will be eating what you will later be planting. And nature makes things like fruit to be good for eating at the time when seeds will be good for planting, as this is the lure to get birds, coyotes, and other animals to eat them and later spread the seeds.

Remember, being 15 has nothing to do with growing plants. Your plants don't care how old you are, and your brain will hold information just as well as (better really) someone who is twice your age, so don't think you can't learn and know things about the garden just because of your age. Not everyone here is old enough to be your parent (myself included) but that doesn't make our gardens grow any worse. And there are plenty of people here who are our elders and who have questions too... Age is really not that important when it comes to the garden.

I didn't read far but if you haven't grown a pineapple from a grocery store pineapple top you need to try this...it's so fun. buy the pineapple, cut off the top leaving an inch or so of the fruit top, let dry a day and plant in a pot of good quality potting mix. Keep in moist, not soggy and you will have a beautiful plant that will produce one day.

The Bananas on your list, the modern Banana is sterile, all the banana trees are clones of eachother and have lost the ability to reproduce.

You will not find banana seeds unless it is from an older variety of banana which are very hard to come by.

Here is an article with some concerns about the future of bananas.
