Help! My bird ate my bonsai!

I woke up this morning to find that my bird has chewed off the stems with all the leaves on my bonsai (it's a Port Jackson Fig). What can I do??? The stems are still green; is it possible to fit them back together, kind of like you can do with teeth (I do get the feeling that that is just wishful thinking however ....)

My bonsai now has no leaves. HELP!

I think you just might have to wait for the tree to grow everything back :? .

EDIT: Also, you should be thankful that it wasn't a toxic plant for your bird, I had a scare before I checked.

What to do, what to do....

Just kidding. We had a parrot for a few years and he lived outside his cage all the time. Luckily, he never went for the plants.

The fig should grow back fine. It might even improve the ramification.
