Trouble with my Golden Dew Drops

I have a Golden Dew Drop that is about 5 ft high. Its a pretty sturdy tree. I water it every morning.Yet since I brought it home it has just wilted. It is in a shaded area. I have fed it once since I got it ( 3 weeks ago). Help. I don't want it to die. It's a beautiful plant.
Children are like Gardens, ignored they become unruly and out of control, tended and loved they become beautiful creatures of mother nature bringing joy to all.

That is Duranta, I believe. Everything I've read about it indicates that it wants full sun and regular water ... but not too much water.
