Zucchini seedlings, remove one?

Quick zucchini question here, didn't see any quick results when I ran a search.

I planted two seeds in the same hole according to instructions, and of course they both germinated so I have two little seedlings coming up next to eachother... Should I pull one so that only one plant is growing in the spot?

Probably a dumb question, because I know they get huge and my gut says to remove one, but I wanted to ask first.

thanks. 8)

zucchini seedlings

Hi,

Yes, I would remove one. If you don't want to disturb the roots of the one that's staying, you could cut the other one with a scissors rather than pulling it out.
