My Cactus Plant Disappearing

Hello,

For the last couple of weeks, I have gotten up in the morning to find that something is eating my cactus plant, which is out on our deck for the summer. I can't say it is eating it, but it is nipping off all the branches and there was a large pile of them yesterday morning. I moved the plant away from the bannister and just found a few braches on the floor this morning. Can you tell me what is going on? Almost all of the plant is trimmed down. Our deck is covered by an awning.

Thanks,
Pat

I don't know what is happening there but, I would recommend moving your cactus inside and observing what happens.

I'm with Opa; but that's bizarre!

Be sure to keep us posted on what happens with your poor little cactus Pat! Good luck.

I asked my husband about it since he's the cactus grower, and he had no idea either. Maybe set up a video camera?
