I am interested in crossbreeding two or more varieties of tomato to form a hybrid, but I have no experience doing this. If anyone could give me advice on how to do this or point me toward some good literature on the subject, I would appreciate it.
Also, if anyone has advice on how to grow tomatoes hydroponically, I would appreciate it. Last time I tried, the plants grew tall and had many healthy-looking leaves, but they never bloomed.

I have been crossing tomatoes since the early 1950's. Too busy right now to type in all the information, but I could probably send some attachments via email that shows (by pictures) the methodology.
I gave a series of workshops on this matter at the SSE Convention last year. I should a presentation on my blog and forum, just to get more people involved in this hobby. Most of the time I post on CrossTalk, a sub forum where I am the moderator.
