I live in Zone 7b or Western Gardener's Zone 4 and have had some winter cole crops and greens most years I've had a vegetable garden.
My winter main stays have always been kale and some brussel sprouts. Some years overwintering cauliflower.
Here is what's going on in my garden now for winter and present.

I am looking for new ideas, and seed sources. Anyone else out there interested in or trying/doing fall plantings for winter harvesting? Do you have great sources for your favorite vegies? I'd love to hear what other gardeners are doing/trying, challenges and successes with winter gardening.
I wanted to do a fall garden this year, I to also need to come up with a list of good cold crops. these are so posiblitys.
