I'm wondering if you guys would like to share your largest tomato fruit?
I picked the first one from Brandywine, first bad boy to ripen. May not be a giant by any means, but this is the largest one I've ever held, 21oz:

I don't have any pictures, but last year one known plant (Great White) did give me several over 2lbs, as did a mislabled plant (a tasty red that didn't fit the variety description). 2-2.5 lbs is about the maximum size that you can squeez through a CRW cage square. Those were standard tomatoes, not mishapen giants from fused blossoms.

I don't have a scale but here are my biggest so far. They aren't the prettiest but they are the biggest. Oh I almost forgot to mention that tonight we are have BLT's with fresh lettuce, homemade bread and sorry to say store bought bacon. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Good!

There's an heirloom variety called "delicious" that I grow every year. The last I knew, the world record was a "delicious" tomato - seven pounds and change I think. I've never really tried to grow a monster, but with good soil and growing conditions, the fruits average around a pound apiece and I've had some behemoths that probably went 2 1/2 - 3 pounds. I've never seen plants for sale, but the seeds aren't too hard to find. Aside from being huge, they're also a great tomato for just about any use. Very meaty with tiny seed cavities. With the awful season we're having here in Connecticut, I'll be happy to get any tomatoes at all, never mind the 3-pounders. We'll need a flame thrower to get rid of the fungus spores once the season is over.
Nearly everyone that grows Delicious has the same results,... big fruits are about a pound, many are less some are bigger. Nobody gets huge fruits off of it without trying. Its a selection of Ponderosa/Crimson Cushion so there are not "huge genes" in it like there are in some other varieties. Big Zac is a hybrid bred to win big tomato contests, I think Porterhouse is another huge one.
Here's the pick of the bunch from my Reggae Roma Tomato plant weighing in at about 180g.

I tried something new this year, BIG BEEF tomatoes. They measure 4" diameter. I don't know how much they weigh I don't have any scales. The plants are loaded and so heavy I had to add more stakes to the cages to keep the cages from falling over. I have 4 of these plants they are pretty good producers and make some nice slicing tomatoes for hambergers. They have a real good flavor too. There was about 20 tomatoes on each plant until I picked some, not I have about 10 tomatoes getting ripe on each plant.
This is my first time growing tomatoes, and these two are my fourth and fifth tomatoes harvested. I just pulled them of the plant and can't wait to eat them tomorrow. They are Beefsteaks. My first three where 2 celebrities, and 1 beefmaster. I also have no idea how much these weigh, but I am very happy with my results, except I wish there were more tomatoes on this plant. These are the only two so far, however, I have a lot more on other plants, but I think these are going to be my favorites, We'll see.

Honestly, I've not been a big fan of large tomatoes in the past 20 years, but I think it is mostly due to the fact that store tomatoes (while perfect red, pretty, shiny things) - always tasted like water. But my opinion is quickly changing!
Between mostly all large Cherokee Purple fruits, Brandywine, very large Yellow Boy tomatoes - slicing fresh one off the vine, on the slice of fresh bread with some fresh mozzarella and basil - oh what a great sandwich!!!
I have a few very large Black Tula's will ripen in a week or so, few Valancia's are very large, Brandywine still producing large fruits and there is one "monster" growing among the other large fruits on Russian Bull's heart (late tomato, and planted late), so I don't see it being ready for couple more weeks.
Here is the largest Cherokee Purple so far - almost 21oz (and what a tasty slicer it was)!

My special plot includes my Black Tula, Gold Marizol, and some pink tomatoes that I can't remember the name of... they are the bumpy kind though. Big and Bumpy.. not pink yet!
None of these are ripe yet.
I have a huge one of the marizol, and some really big ones in my regular plot. I have no idea what they are though!

I may have to adjust the schedule for planting tomatoes next year, so the yield is spaced out a little further apart. Oh well, you live, you learn!

A quick Google came up with this:
See below for more shots.This one fruits like dreadlocks on a rastafarians head. An egg shaped roma that is a tall grower with phenominal yield. One older bloke in Surrey Hills in Melbourne reckons he got 1000 tomatoes off 4 plants. Pinch out a few of the early sideshoots to promote existing branches. Can suffer from blossom-end rot, if not watered regularly, or decifient in calcium. It is however a hybrid and will grow strongly. There is some size difference in fruit, but typical size is about that of an egg.
This is a thicker skinned roma, so therefore is perfect for drying and saucing. Tends to yield all at once, so be prepared with how you use your harvest. This is what I call a "fun" tomato to grow.
Will grow well in a pot with a tomato cage. Make sure the cage is well anchored, as this one sets it's bountiful fruit.

It's a carbon (black) and weighs more than a pound. Don't know the exact ounces cause my scale only goes up to 16.
@cottonpicker - Romas are killer for salsa or even to dice for a salad. I plant a few Roma plants every year.
My largest so far this year is on the small side in this thread - just under 10oz but man is this variety of tomato grubbin'(Siletz). Made up some caprese the last few nights to go with some garden fresh made pesto.
