My Fringe Tree

This is one of my three fringe Trees I have and when they are in full bloom, the fragrance is like jasmine.

gorgeous! I didn't know they were so fragrant, what a treat! But don't they get really big? Like 12-20 feet high and wide? Won't it overpower your house a little at that point?

They grow to about 7' tall but you can keep them down to either a bush size or trim them for a smaller tree. I had one that was 22 years old and only 7' high before a tree fell on it and that was that. I always loved these trees and in the fall the leaves turn a golden orange color. :)
