I have no clue what happened here maybe I need to take her out of her pot and plant her any help please. I have 3 tomatoes on her vines and don't want to lose them

Your tomato plant looks just like mine. There is a little yellow discoloration uneven through the plant, in addition to the wilting tops. Can't seem to find anything substantial by way of advice. Most discussion threads suggest watering, trimming the dead leaves, and food. Still looking for the explanation though ... causes, remedies, what to do next time.
