Please help me find the best way to nurse this beauty back to beautifulness.
What had happened was it had and may very well still have some spidermites. Slowly bet surely the leaves startd turning brown and dead looking. It looks really bad. We all still care for it my room mates and I, But branches break off with the slightest touch. I began to loose hope. Until I found new Green healthy leaves emerging from its branches.
So I still see Traces of spidermites. I don't want them to taint the new leaves and I'm not sure what to sprar it with I read Alcohol Diluted in water and Nemoil. But I do not want to traumatize my already distressed poor baby. Another thing is that it is indoors. As I discovered today that Keeping a juniper indoord is a nono, but I'm looking at a wall here as I read that keeping spider mite infested plants isolated and I do not want to put all my outdoor plants in jepordy. What do I do? please Help me!

Spider Mites thrive in warm, dry conditions like might be in your home. Moving it outside and misting it will go a long way toward controlling the pests. There are a multitude of insects, some harmful and some beneficial, outside so I would not worry about cross contamination, they are already likely present outside. You do not have to place it close to the other plants if that concerns you.
In all honesty if it was not for that little bit of green I would say this is already a goner. It may die yet but if you continue as you have been it will die.

You are correct in that Junipers simply don't do well indoors. If this tree is to have any hope it needs to go outside. A spot with some sun in the morning and somewhat shaded in the afternoon would probably be best to start.
