How does one get honeysuckle from someone else's planting?

Someone has offered honeysuckle from their property. Would I just get clippings and put them in water until they root??

Thanks, but that didn't help, either. For some reason my Firefox browser won't let me open it there. But I was able to copy the url from your 2nd try into IE and it works fine.
