Another identification question - what's this fire flower?

I've seen this plant cascading off of someone’s wall and it always stops me dead in my tracks. Anyone growing this? What is it? Here are someone else’s pictures:

That's right! I sat down with my Sunset Western Garden book during lunch today and went page by page looking for this thing. I came to the same conclusion and I think this variety is called Gold Flash. What a beauty!
