Mites on my pepper Seedlings??

Guys, some of my pepper seedlings just look awful, and I don't think I am over watering. They have very small yellowish/green bumps on the undersides of the leaves and the leaves are kind of droopy looking. Can mites really attack seedlings while inside? Here are some pictures:

Anyone have any idea what is going on? I am not sure what it is, but it could maybe be a virus?? Anyone know?

looks to me like typical pepper leaves..save for a lil mold on the leaves.
They should do fine. When ya water, water the soil.. keep the leaves dry.

thanks tomatodude :). When I water I never water the leaves, heard it was bad so I've never done it. Could it be anything else other than mold? To much water, to little? I'm at a loss. :?

I have 23 bird houses in my back yard near my garden. I never spray for bugs. I never have bugs. I think the birds eat the bugs. I build wren houses information says a wren eats twice its weight in bugs every day. I also keep a 25 watt light bulb ON all the time on the back door light. The light attracts bugs and the Bats come after dark and eat the bugs. The claim is bats eat twice their weight in bugs every day too.

The light bulb needs to be very low wattage if it puts out much heat the bats will not come.
