Homemade earth boxes
I used a purchased Earth Box last year. It worked great for 6 pepper plants. I cannot afford as many as I would like to have so plan to make them. Has anyone done this? I have heard of others using rubbermaids as the container. Ultimately, having tried to keep tomatoes consistently watered in traditional containers with limited success, I need a new approach this Spring! Thanks! LLT

BTW, I used our search function and wrote "earth boxes" as two words, lower case, to find this thread.
