WOW, Peppermint Tea Causes Addiction!

Ok, so I harvested my first peppermint leaves, boiled some water and let several leaves steep for about 8 minutes.

Added some sugar, poured over ice and WOWOWOWOWOW!!!

If I wasn't addicted before, I sure am now!!!

There are half way houses in your town for tea addiction. I suggest switching to other forms of liquids for now like coffee. But do it quickly as Starbucks is clsoing 600 stores and converting them to halfway houses for tea addicts such as yourself

Wolfie, have you used fresh Mint for Taboulli? It's great along with Parsley from your garden.

I like my mint tea blended with green tea or yerba mate. Very refreshing. Have you had it yet after you've mowed the lawn. That's the best!

I've been visiting a Greek restaurant in Birmingham for years when I travel there for work. They serve Mint Tea which is very delicious. I think they make it with a combination of mint and regular tea leaves, since it looks like regular tea but tastes like mint.

I agree with petalfuzz, But I preferred to maintain or drink yerba mate tea than other tea.

Taboulli is the bomb! My girlfriend makes it all the time. It's healthy and fresh and we use extra veggies.

8) MY suggestion here, would be, a "Berries mix with Pepermint".
Put dried berries + pepermint in a pot, let it steep, cool it down, put in the fridge for a while & VOILA! - A VERY TASTY DRINK DURING THE HOT DAYS...
(No need for sugar.)

Try it!

Do you ever watch those 3 doctors on TV in the middle of the day? They were saying peppermint has the ability to deaden the nurves in your throat for a while so it is excellent for caugh. I tried it and it works great.
