Trellis for tall vegetables

We finished a trellis for our squash/mellon garden this year and have planed gourds, luffa, cucumbers, beans and giant tree tomatoes around it.

Looks great... What kind of camera do you use? Do you photoshop your pictures for any reason? I noticed that in these and your video of your garden somethings looked like pictures placed into your video?

How long did the trellis take to build? Is it one off and custom?

Which program did you use to design this? I've been trying to get my husband to build me something like what you've proposed, but he's pretty resistant because he thinks it won't look right! I showed him the photos and video of your ideas, and he's now saying he'd consider it if I can give him an accurate design! My brother is an architect, so I'm hoping I can get my hands on whatever design progam you've used (or at least something similar).

Also, are you planning to acutally build the structure? Have you sourced it at all? I haven't seen those iron gate structures around at my garden center, so I'm assuming you'd plan to get them from a building supply place?

I use Canon 20D and I did use Photoshop for the first three pictures. because I didn't take pictures during the building process. What I have is the finished structure but I decided to create a video to show how this structure was built step by step (I havn't got this video produced yet - I need to wait for the plants to grow in their full size in late summer). So I removed the whole structure in the photo and then add piece by piece into the photo to create a series of pictures for my coming video.

I noticed that in these and your video of your garden somethings looked like pictures placed into your video?

? In fact, this video is created by still pictures only. Some of the secnes in the video are created by 3D photo montage in which I cut off my vegetable/flower pots and placed in a 3D space and then use the software to arrange a virtual walkthrough. The effect looks like a video that was taken but actually they are all still images.

Which program did you use to design this?

We did not use any software to design the trellis (But I did use software like Photoshop, 3D-Album, and Vegas for the image and video posted).

Also, are you planning to acutally build the structure? Have you sourced it at all?

This is the picture of the structure actually already built in our garden. All materials can be obtained from building supply stores. They are: 4"x4"x8' cedar posts, iron post footers, 4 fiberglass landscape edgers (the green curved boards on top, two on each side), metal wrapped plastic rods, and cloth strings (tie a knot every 10" for a better grip). My husband built it alone in just a half day.

Dimentions: Height: 8'; Length: 16' (outside); width: 4.5'; radius to the outside curve: 10'. This makes a quater circle roughly.
