morning glories outside

I planted several bunches of morning glories in different places this year and after the rain we got the other day, they are popping up like weeds, of course I soaked them all at least 24 hrs so that helped. I planted a bunch next to the back fence and they are really doing good! Will post pics when I get some blooms.

be warned -- morning glories are in fact a lot like weeds! Like bindweed to be specific, which is sort of wild morning glory. So be careful with them, unless you don't care that your whole yard is taken over by morning glory.

Update, the morning glories by the back fence accidently got mowed down, and the other ones on the lattice are blooming good, this morning I had a red one, several light and deep purple ones. My neighbor has HUGE white and Heavenly blue ones. I guess the flowers did not like the hot, dry weather we had earlier because they are sure growing now.
