Fungus in garden

My wife and I have been doing some side gardening for two or three years. This year we bought some organic soil and added two raised beds to our garden. About a week or two after starting the garden, the new beds have a yellowish looking spore growing in it. We need some assistance properly identifying it as well as some treatments. We would prefer a natural remedy over spraying a fungicide, etc. Any help is appreciated. As a side note- does anyone know how to add a file?
