Cold Coming, Help

My wife and I jut planted about 8 days ago 5 hydrangea's. We just seen the forecast and if you can believe it they are calling for snow on Monday after 2 weeks of 70 degrees (michigan). This cold spell looks to last about 2 to 3 days. What can I do to protect these new Hydrangea's? Will this cold weather kill them off or harm them?

I don't see any further posts, did they survive? They are usually pretty hearty in the south, but I'm unfamiliar with Mi and your zone. :? [/I]
