Ribs in the Oil Less Fryer

A couple of weeks ago I posted about cooking a Boston Butt in our Oil Less Fryer.

Last week we went to Nashville VIA Memphis. While in Memphis we had dinner at Rendezvous - probably the most famous rib joint in the US. My first visit, several years ago, was amazing. On my second visit the ribs did not live up to my memory. The ribs were GOOD - just not as good as my memory. We did walk out with 2 cases of Rendezvous Seasoning.

Last Saturday G bought some ribs and used his Rendezvous Seasoning on the meat and in a vinegar basting mix. He used St. Louis ribs instead of Baby Backs.

The cooker has proved to be worth every penny. The ribs were falling of off the bone tender and drip down your chin juicy.

Gus and Gals - if you want a cooking toy this is one I recommend. Char Broil Big Easy Oil Less Fryer. Perfection every time you use it.

I wonder how it would do fish & chips?
