another very sad evergreen 2 of 2

Hi again!
So here is my second very sad evergreen. I have tried looking all of these up going by the leaves but I have found more than one looks familiar to me & I just couldn't tell which they were exactly.

That looks like a yew to me... just a guess though!

I think it's yew, too. If so, it would have red (toxic) berries. (They were called "deathberries" in my daughter's favorite cat story book series called Warrior Cats by Erin Hunt.)
