Can you please ID this shrub?

I live in Western pa and have driven by this shrub for 2 years and I can't find out what it is! It has deep red 'trumpet' like flowers and blooms in the fall. Sorry the photo isn't as clear as I'd like but maybe someone has an idea?

Your picture is in too much shadow. Not enough contrast. Could you post a better picture?

I can't see it too good, either, but it looks like "cockscomb" flowers to me, which is not a shrub, but they can get pretty tall.

DITTO coxcomb - common name for Celosia. Do any of these images match the plant?
