cleomes invaded! advice on id & possible removal

Normally invaders are welcome, my entire yard is for the wildlife but these unknown little guys are destroying my sparkler cleomes, I also have an unknown caterpillar feeding on them, who may be part of the problem too! I am looking for something that may deter these little guys from the cleomes!

I think I see immature stinkbugs or shield bugs.

I thought I also saw an aphid mummy -- tan aphid shell that had been parasitized by aphid mummy maker wasp. (That's a good sign)

I would hand pick the caterpillars and stink/shield bugs and drop them in soapy water (or feed to the chickens, etc. if you have them.)

After removing the stink bugs & cutting off parts of the plant that appeared to have eggs on them. The plants looked great for the last few days, this morning not so good. I did not see any adults, just these egg like clusters. I'm not sure, do I keep cutting away infected areas, I can not use any type of chemicals as I have 4 gardens set up for caterpillars, who are currently eating away! Here is what I found today....
