Hello folks -
I have an Elberta peach tree that's growing very well.. on one side! The limbless side is to the west, but the entire tree is in very good sunlight.
I had it tied off to help it grow straight. I'll admit that the knots were a bit tight, but an Elberta right next to it had the same set-up and is growing just fine. I did loosen the knots up, as you can tell by the picture, about a week ago.
I've never seen a tree growing limbs on only one side, and haven't been able to find anything via Google. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Matt
