I have 10 fruit trees planted and several berries planted but there won't be any fruit for a few more years.
Grocery stores has a fruit sale every Wednesday so I loaded up. Plums, Peaches, Grapes, Mangos, Papaya, Strawberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, Blue Berries, Cherries, all 4 lbs for.
28 lbs of Plums for $7 just finished making 5 gallons of Plum Wine.
10 lbs if Peaches for $2.50 just finished making 2 gallons of Peach Wine.
20 lbs of mixed fruit $5 just finished making 4 gallons of mixed fruit wine.
OH......I cheated and ate one of the peaches wow it was good. I ate a red mango too and several plums. Wow those plums were good.
I hope to have some good wine in about a year.
Food City, Safeway and Food Lion are all listed in the sales paper for sales every Wednesday.
