we aquired a small shrub

We recently were a small given a small shrub its about 6 inches high and small silver leaves,
could you please identify it, see pictures it has a pint glass next to it for height.

If you you lived in Seville ES, I might say olive.

artemisia? sage? Do the leaves have any scent when crushed?

my initial thought was artemisia, too... or that 'curry leaf' plant

hi rainbow, but there is no aroma at all, it looks like it has been pruned some time, the stem is woody
with many branches, all most a like a miniature bush.

We Know not what it is, it has been said let it grow out next season as it looks like its been pruned,

might get a better idea then, but thanks for your help, if any thing major happens it will be reposted.
