Tree I.D. requested

I just bought a house and I noticed a very large, beautiful tree that I don't know the name of. I don't recall ever seeing one before, and no one I ask can give me a definitive answer as to what it is.

Pictures are attached.

Any help is appreciated! :)

It would help if we knew where you lived, or what area this tree is growing in, but it might be a type of ash?

I'm not sure of that, but Ramona is right, we would need to know where you are.

I was going to see if I could track it down in the tree ID guide here:

https://www.arborday.org/trees/whattree/?TrackingID=908

but the first question it asks is what region are you in.

Silly me! I forgot that little detail.

I live just south of the Blue Ridge Mountains, in Georgia.

My guess is Ailanthus altissima aka Sumac aka "Ghetto Palm"

Looks like a Black Walnut to me. Crush the leaf and take a sniff. That should be positive because the smell is very strong and can't be confused with much else.

Update!

I was doing some minor trimming on the tree and I noticed some fruit!

It is, in fact, a black walnut.

I can't say I'm thrilled with the prospect of cleaning up those little things once a week or so when they start falling.. but at least I know what it is now.
