Looks like Goldenraintree—Koelreuteria paniculata, to me. They reseed so much that it would be something that would be common to find popping up hear and there.
I noticed that you may be in Brazil, and if that is true I would consider NOT planting this tree as it is very invasive. Zone-wise it may not do well, either, although I know very little about your location.
Double-check with my answer and see if it is the Koelreuteria, but if it is, like I said, it can get away from you easily. I would hate to see your native plants take a beating.

Hello!

Yes, I'm in Brazil.

I'm using this plant for bonsai making and doing this very well.

Thanks for the reply.

OH! That changes everything. Glad it's doing well. You shouldn't have anything to worry about with it getting away from you then. Glad to hear it. It is a tree that can take all kinds of abuse too, so good choice.

That looks like the kind of tree/thing that would come in the house one night and get you! Watch out, keep one eye open.

It does grow fast. You should look at the pictures of the bloom and especially the seed pod. It resembles a Chinese lantern.
