I recently found a similar post here, and the help was tremendous. I also recently moved into a new home with my family and would love some help identifying these plants so that I can learn how to care for them. Thanks in advance for your help.

your pictures wouldn't enlarge for me, so a number of them are kind of non-descript piles of leaves. But along with what eric said, I think
5 sedum
8 some shrub with bind weed (the heart shaped leaves are a weed vine that is very nasty and you want to get rid of it)
9 crimson pygmy barberry (I think. If I am right, it has very sharp thorns)
14 black mondo grass
18 rose
24 rose
welcome to the forum and congratulations on your new home and beautiful new garden!
